Thank you for your review and we apologize that the project took a bit longer than expected. The job was essentially split into two days because unfortunately the client could not allow us to start in the morning. Our guy came at 2:00 p.m and by 6:30 pm he realized the couch assembly would need another day. We attempted our best to accommodate the customer by coming at 5pm the next working well into the evening until completed. Assembly of this particular product had a few anomalies such as covering for all the pieces had to be put on individually with correct fit. The assembly also had two extremely heavy motorized recliner pieces that had unpacked, placed and tested required. There was a required adjustment charge based on the ground assessments of this unique situation of electronic being part of the furniture assembly, however we were able to complete the job successfully.We apologize for any inconvenience the customer experienced but we are always compelled to do the job to the best of our abilities.
