From the very first contact, I appreciated how responsive they were to my messages. The whole experience was friendly and professional. It was such a pleasure to work with a company where they were completely willing to clean with eco-friendly materials. The cleaning professional who came to me was on time (a little early, even!), and worked easily, even while I was in the apartment. When I asked her about an area on my bathroom wall, she asked if I had a mother kind of cloth and re-wiped the area, which made all the difference. She also asked me to look everything over to see if there was anything else. That attention to detail and caring about results goes a long way in my book!

The woman who cleaned my apartment was sent as part of “Cleaning for a Reason,” which provides cleaning for cancer patients. She did a good job!

Strictly the Best Cleaning Services, Corp. offers a seniors discount, a college student discount and a veterans discount. Proof of each status is required for the discount to be provided.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I give them a call and tell them about our services. I offer them the promotional rate if one is being ran by the company. If a client can not provide adequate information about the assignment, one of the company representatives goes out to the homes to give a free estimate.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I started off providing cleaning to clients with a friend on weekends. Mainly people who couldn't do much for themselves anymore. I started attending seminars to learn more about new cleaning products and equipment that comes out yearly. I did this for a year before actually starting my own company.
