About
I'm a SoHo-based interior decorator with a strong eye for sourcing real, unique pieces that actually fit the way people live — no generic looks, no cookie cutter results. What sets my work apart is that I don't start from scratch and throw out what you have — I work with your existing furniture and build around it, which saves money and keeps the space feeling personal to you. Every project includes a digital layout of your space, a full mood board, and a curated sourcing list so you can see exactly how everything will come together before anything is purchased. I've decorated everything from full homes to NYC apartments and specialize in spaces that feel collected and intentional rather than like everything came from one store on the same day. For clients who want a completely hands-off experience, I also offer sourcing and delivery coordination so you don't have to lift a finger.

I cannot recommend Chloe enough! From the very first conversation she just got it — she took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for, helped me build out an inspo board, set a realistic budget, and from there she just ran with it. She handled absolutely everything — furniture, rugs, art, even the coffee maker — for every single room. My bedroom, my kids' room, the bathrooms, the kitchen, the living room — all of it transformed. What really stood out was that she didn't just shop and send links. She came in person, set everything up herself, and got it all done so quickly I couldn't believe it. My apartment went from blank and overwhelming to feeling like a home I actually love walking into every single day. And she did it all within budget — which in NYC is honestly the most impressive part. Chloe has such a natural eye and she genuinely cares about making the space feel like you, not just like a Pinterest board. She's warm, communicative, easy to work with and just really good at what she does. If you're on the fence, don't be — just book her. You won't regret it! — Jess, Chelsea

Chloe was truly amazing to work with. She listened to what I was envisioning and helped me get to the final goal of what I was hoping for. She considered my feedback and delivered flawlessly throughout the project. I highly recommend and would work with her for any future interiordesign projects!!

Chloe was great to work with! I had a pretty discrete task I wanted assistance with, which she understood quickly. She provided the work product very quickly and revised per my feedback. Would definitely reach out to Chloe again for another project!

FAQs
What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge $100/hour for design services, with a 2.5-hour minimum to start. For paint consultations specifically, I offer a flat rate of $250.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a conversation or walkthrough of the space to understand scope, budget, timeline, and any existing style direction. From there I put together inspiration boards, material and paint options, and AI-generated mockups and renderings so clients can see the direction before anything is finalized or purchased. I keep in close contact throughout with frequent check-ins to make sure we stay aligned, along with clear before/after visuals at each decision point rather than presenting one final answer.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
**What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?**
I don't have a formal design degree, but I grew up with an interior designer mother and have been doing this hands-on for about 10 years, turning what started as a passion into a business. After college, I spent a few years doing interior design PR, and I'm currently manufacturing my own interior design product out of China, set to launch this spring — so design has been a constant thread throughout my career, even outside of client work.
