I design keeping my clients in mind. love to wrap a room in color and then use a mix of great textures and finishes to bring excitement to the space. I don't believe in having too many meaningless objects around just to fill the room.
Inspiration can come from everything we see and touch, whether it's the endless color combinations of nature or the perfectly carved Art Objects. Inspiration also comes from the people I am designing for. It is my clients' lifestyles that inspire my concepts. Design can fill an emotional need in many people. I find that I design intuitively. Just hired Omer for a design consult, love his work, and what he bring to the table. He gave me great ideas for my master bathroom and kitchen remodel. planning to meet in 2 weeks with more extensive plans.
I also read some ladies comment which goes well against what I experienced. He charged me $150.00 for his time as I live way up in cave creek . I know one thing to hire a good professional designer one must pay for there service and not except free time. I have a great amount of respect for this field.
Thanks Omer for looking after us. Your ideas and vision how to re do the Kitchen was amazing. Hope you can work with in out 50K budget. Will send you the contract by next week.

I absolutely love the design Omer came up with! He took all of my requests to heart and really found the best products for our room. He was even patient too as I changed my mind a couple times. :) I will definitely work with him again for more spaces in my house!

Omer ideas and his sense of design are a fresh approach to what I have seen with other designers I saw . He transferred my boring living room space in to a trendy conversation work of art. Thank you FAIZI DESIGN . I will hire you in December to re do my bedroom.

Very disappointing. Very unprofessional. We had agreed to a 1:00 PM appointment, but Omer confirmed 2:00 PM in his email. I responded with the correction of 1:00 PM. Omer showed up at 12:00 PM, an hour early. Omer had quoted $75/hour in his email. He said he would take about 2 hours for the consultation so the fee would be $150. He walked through the house without taking any pictures and finished in 30 minutes. He made a few comments and suggestions then asked for his $150.00 check. I told him that he had quoted $75/hour. He said that the consultation was $150.00 and that anything after the consultation was $75/hour. He said he would prepare a proposal for me. It has been 4 days and I havent heard a word back from him. Based on this experience, I would not use anyone listed on Thumbtack and I would advise friends not to use this resource either.

Well Irene i am sorry you are disappointed. And also disappointed that you were not happy. Saying that I never emailed you my rate info, i spoke to you over the phone and said its $150.00 which is my fee to visit that far. Also i have a email showing i had booked for 1 pm and i was at your house at 12:56 sorry if i was 4 min early. I had your plan ready to email till i saw this review and decided not to send it to you. Btw i had said 7days not 4 .
In 7 years i have one bad review and i take it very seriously. Let me know if you still want the info.
Also i went out of my way to find you a 2 amazing real estate agents to help you. All in a days work i am glad i was some little help to you. Wish you the best of luck. ;-)

Consultation rates depends on the project and sq footage. Our rates normally start at $100.00 hr or i can do a package deal with the client depending on the scope of work. First time consulting cost varies on the distance and time
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Understand the client's needs first. educate them with new trends and styles. give them a house they will love.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a BA in arts, with almost 10 years of making rooms look beautiful and put a smile on ones face.
