- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
On most projects, we set a retainer and a % of commission on items and services researched, specified for and approved by the client.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
for me, the key to success in design is starts with communication. I always ask a series of questions to determine the vision of each client, how you live, entertain, family ages and special needs, attitudes about comfort, style, etc. It is important that each project I work to create is unique and reflects the personality and character and the client.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
While I do not have a degree in Interior Design, my portfolio of work and clients that have chosen me to work with me speaks for itself. I am fortunate in discovering and cultivating my ability to envision spaces and items in them from a wide range of options. I have cultivated a large resource base and work diligently to stay on top of trends that may impact and contribute to my work.
