The process is simple at Rococo Design
Step 1 Consultation Fees:
Consultation fee is a flat rate $200 for clients within a 15 mile radius additional fees will apply for trips over 15 miles. Consultation fee is refundable and deducted from final balance due, once
hired, and valid for 30 days only. Consultation fee outside of NY are based on project.
Consultation fee covers initial consultation (first trip only): review project specifications, budget planning, design ideas, pre measuring, and merchandise selections are all discussed at the initial
consultation.
Step 2
Presentation Fees:
Presentation Layouts ONLY
One to two rooms $800 / three to four rooms $1200 / five rooms $1600 / full home up to seven rooms $2000, fee covers floor plans in 2D & 3D, two (2) design layouts options on clients selected rooms.
Presentation Fee for TOTAL Presentation Package covers,
selection of furnishings, fabric samples, lighting, flooring etc., includes above design layout options, 2D & 3D floor plans plus pricing spread sheet for entire project.
One to two rooms $1000/ three to four rooms $2000 / five rooms $3000 / full home up to seven rooms $4000.
This insure client has a clear understanding how their project will look and cost when completed.
Presentation fees are due at the end of consultation on selected rooms that client wish to move forward with in the presentation.
Designer fees: Designer fees are always a flat rate, designer fees are determine after evaluating all aspects of a project, designer fees are based on size of the project or 25% - 30% of total cost of merchandise, designer fees are disclosed up front during presentation with no hidden fees.
Step 3
Design Concept: Once Rococo Design and client has agreed on a design concept, designs are implemented. Please note: Rococo Design average cost for a design project starts around 15k
