It is important for the client to understand how the cost of their specific project will be calculated. What's Included in the Price: Details what services are included in the price. For example, dismantling of interior structures, waste management and disposal, and any other additional service you offer. If there are services that could incur additional costs, mention them as well. Cost Variables: Inform your clients about any factors that may affect the final price, such as the difficulty of access to the site, the presence of hazardous materials (such as asbestos) that require special handling, or any other aspect that may increase the cost. time or resources needed to complete the job. Deposits and Payments: If you require an initial deposit before starting work, be sure to communicate this clearly. Also, it provides information on accepted payment options and deadlines for remaining payments. After agreeing on terms, we meticulously prepare and plan each phase, obtaining the necessary permits. The execution is carried out with emphasis on efficiency and safety, maintaining constant communication with the client. We finish with a thorough cleaning and final check to ensure complete satisfaction. This process guarantees transparency, quality and personalized service from start to finish.
