Introduction: We have a passion and a commitment to Kung Fu. Our years of practice has given us insight into the true power of our techniques. We think we go much deeper than many schools in understanding how martial arts really works—and that includes how to avoid and handle conflict. I enjoy the physical and mental feeling of practicing and teaching Kung Fu. After a few hours, it's a really peaceful, centering feeling, and over time, the more you practice, the more your mind and body change. We like sharing this experience with students.
