- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a consultation fee which includes a pre-assessment survey and a 45-minute Skype session. I have several packages I offer depending on the person's needs and goals (starting at $399 up to $1,333) and all of them include an assessment, Zoom sessions and a follow up on our plan of attack with the number of sessions varying depending on the package.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Before committing to a group of sessions, I like to suggest a consultation as choosing a life coach is not only about the right skills and experience, but also the chemistry. I want my clients to feel comfortable with me because sometimes we will be addressing topics that can make them uncomfortable - like their developmental areas, the things that get in the way of their success.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Master's in Counseling Psychology with a focus on career development and assessment. I have also completed training in behavioral based interviewing and executive assessment.
