As a certified wellness coach + personal trainer, that is exactly what I've done for my past clients. I will help you lose weight, guide you to your own unique eating pattern, optimize your sleep, and teach you the rest and recovery tools you need to deal with the stresses of modern living. Habit based coaching is a style of coaching that incorporates small wins every day and week. Every small wins builds momentum and primes you to take on even bigger actions as you progress through the program. These habits build on top of each other and in 3-6 months, you will have transformed into a different person. While losing weight is one of the key outcomes, our clients have found that this wasn't their biggest win. Their sense of fulfillment and feeling that they have the personal power to make a change they've never been able to do make ever in their life, and to leave the coaching program with PROOF that they can change is the most rewarding benefit they get. Here's why this coaching program works: 1. We have knowledge, training and expertise on nutrition, movement, sleep, recovery, and emotional well-being to assist you in optimizing your overall wellness. 2. But knowledge and expertise alone isn't enough. The bridge between this knowledge and practical action is 1:1 coaching. All the knowledge in the world is useless without action. With Google and AI, all of the information you need is at the tips of your fingers. So why haven't you reached your goals? Answer: In addition to knowledge, you need a week-by-week plan, accountability, support, and to take action. Yes, you are human. And the reason coaching works is because we influence action- human behavior- with positive psychology, science, and powerful coaching techniques that make implementing these new behaviors easy. The bridge between theory and practical, real life change is a coach who will meet you where you are and guide you to make realistic, sustainable change, that is easy to implement into your hectic, busy schedule. That's the secret sauce for change. 3. Weekly 30 min coaching calls serve as checkpoints and cadence for your wellness journey. The power of this program lies in these calls. You will learn, experience powerful listening, and reflect and strategize, and set actions that will move you toward your goals. Taking the time to invest in myself through coaching with Nikko was definitely an amazing experience. He is, without a doubt, educated, skilled, and confident in what he does. His sessions run smoothly and he always made me feel comfortable even if at times I didnt feel confident in myself. Nikko is a fellow peer when we both studied at the Erickson International Coaching Institute and with whom I had the opportunity to practise for the last several months now. What I really appreciate is his ability to create and to hold the space for a fruitful and open conversation. By really actively listening and giving me the time during our sessions to explore and to dive deeper into the areas, which I care most about (relationship, family, work-life balance), he makes it comfortable for me and helped me to unveil certain aspects of fatherhood, which are motivating me to further continue to talk and to think about more. Being a father of a 3yo daughter, working and living abroad in a country with totally different culture has its many various challenges, especially now during the pandemic.
