- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
At Purpose, Growth, and Wellness Coaching, our primary aim is to ensure that each client feels heard, understood, and empowered. Here's our typical process when working with a new client: Initial Consultation: This is a free, no-obligation session where we get to know the client, their goals, challenges, and expectations. It also provides an opportunity for the client to understand our coaching style and approach. Assessment: If the client decides to proceed, we start with a comprehensive assessment. This might involve questionnaires or tools that help identify areas of strength and those requiring attention. Goal Setting: Together, we define both short-term and long-term goals. This process ensures we have a clear roadmap for our journey together. Customized Coaching Plan: Based on the client's unique needs and objectives, we create a tailored coaching plan. This plan outlines the frequency of sessions, tools or techniques we might employ, and any additional resources. Regular Sessions: Most clients opt for weekly or bi-weekly sessions. Each session is typically 60 minutes and can be conducted in-person, over the phone, or via video conferencing. Progress Reviews: Periodically, we take a step back to evaluate the progress made towards the set goals. This helps in recalibrating our approach if necessary. Assignments and Activities: Depending on the client's goals, we often assign tasks or exercises to be completed between sessions. This could range from journaling assignments to specific actions tied to their objectives. Feedback Mechanism: Open communication is key. We encourage clients to provide feedback throughout our engagement to ensure they're getting the most out of the coaching experience. Completion and Forward Planning: As we approach the conclusion of our coaching timeframe, we discuss the progress made, celebrate achievements, and set a plan for maintaining the momentum. Some clients choose to continue with maintenance sessions or check-ins. Support Materials: Clients receive relevant resources, such as reading materials, worksheets, or references, to support their journey. Each client's journey is unique, and our approach is flexible. At the heart of our process is the commitment to providing a safe, non-judgmental space where clients can explore, grow, and transform.
