I have been through some challenging situations with relationships and friends that I was struggling with. Having Sasha there to help guide me through some of those situations was honestly a blessing. She is a great listener but will keep it 100% with you. And having an outside opinion about things going on in life can be very enlighting. For example, I was going through a situation with my ex-boyfriend, and after I spoke with her, she brought up valid points of view that I should consider. She won’t push you in what she thinks you need to do, but she will encourage you to think about things from every angle. For the last four years, Sasha has been my saving grace and really encouraged/inspired me to do what was right for me and promote self-confidence in myself. If you are looking for a life coach, I would recommend her hands down 10 out of 10.

I was going through many problems in life especially relationship problems and just trying to find the right balance in life. I have done therapy in the past and the super clinical approach just felt very orchestrated and textbook like. The sessions with Sasha were just different. They felt more like talking to a genuine friend that had the best intentions for me. Talking to her helped me realize points of views that I had never thought of and she helped me realize things on my own. She is never pushy or told me what to do , but allowed me to broaden my emotional and communicative horizon that brought great happiness to my relationship and overall life. I feel I have grown to be on a higher emotional level and am forever grateful for having her guide me.

Self worth. When I look back at my lowest moments, I’m always reminded on how I always put myself second, and everyone else first. Sasha helped guide me to discovering what the root of my shortcomings were. I was always present for people and never showed up for myself. With Sasha’s help, I was able to identify some triggers and really dissect what that dark cloud above my head was. Many tears, many silent moments- but once I was able to let go and let God- my experience and life changed. I know my value and place- and I will never lose sight of it. Thanks Sasha.
