I used this company recently for a point to point transfer. I usually use a different car service, but I have been having issues with their service lately. When searching for a new service, I came across Imperial Concierge. I would like to say that they did a great job with their communication and delivery of service. The driver showed up 15 mins before my pick-up and informed me that he was here and that he was ready to go whenever I was. The car was stocked with water, and he even had an android charger for my phone. The ride was very smooth and comfortable. I had selected a Sedan, but the day before, the company informed me that they had upgraded me to an SUV at no additional cost. I was surprised to see a new model, Escalade, at my doorsteps and was very pleased. I loved the whole experience, and from now on, this will be my go-to company.

I used this company recently to transport my elderly father to his doctors appointment. The service was absolutely amazing. The driver Virender was very accommodating and courteous. I went for the sedan option as it would be easier for my father to get in and out of the vehicle. The booking process was very simple and easy. Their price is very reasonable for the service and care they provide. I will definitely be using them in the future and recommend them to my family and friends as well!

I recently used this company to arrange for an airport pick-up for some of our VIP guests. The pick-up service was so amazing that we decided to use them for the return for the guests as well. The communication was seamless. The driver Mohammed was in full communication with the client once they landed. We even opted in for the meet and greet service since our guests were traveling internationally. I will definitely be using them for our future needs. I would highly recommend Imperial Concierge!

I had an amazing experience with Imperial concierge. The staff were incredibly professional, friendly, and attentive, making sure every detail was perfect from start to finish. The chauffeur was courteous and truly made me feel at ease, taking care of everything so I could just sit back and enjoy the ride. Their dedication to excellent service is unmatchedIll definitely be using them again and recommending them to everyone I know!
