I arranged a car service for four friends visiting from out of town, and we were all thoroughly impressed. The communication was excellent, and their flexibility was outstanding—they accommodated two flight delays without issue. The ride was clean, spacious, and provided smooth transportation to Newark Airport. I’m looking forward to booking with them again for future trips!

I had a great experience using Mello's car service to get home from JFK! Coordinating pickup was super easy and he was very responsive. We met at the agreed upon time and location, and he helped load my bags in the car. His driving was great and I felt very safe and comfortable in his car. The car was clean and comfortable. I'd definitely use this service again and would recommend it to anyone else!

Mello drove me and my family to and from the airport for a ski trip and it was such a great experience! He arrived early and was helpful with loading all of our baggage and it was so much less stressful than using an Uber or Lyft. Will definitely be a repeat customer!
