We booked Mohir for a round trip to jfk airport. Mohir was amazing from the time we initially spoke to keeping in contact with us our entire flight back. Mohir was on time to pick us up to take us to jfk, he was professional, friendly, and helpful. Our return flight was delayed almost 7 hours due to an emergency landing our plane had to make, which threw everything off. I contacted Mohir as soon as we made the emergency landing, he responded immediately and said that he had another party already booked around the time we would now be landing BUT he would be sending his brother in his place to make the pick up! That was beyond amazing for the fact that we wouldn’t be getting into the airport 7 hours after the initial time we were scheduled. His brother Monir was ready at the terminal as we landed and waited another 2 hours as our luggage took forever. After traveling 36 hours, my husband and I were so pleased to get in the car, relax, and get home without having to worry about anything else. Thank you so much Mohir & Monir! Definitely recommend everyone to you!

Mo was excellent. He was professional from the moment he pulled into our driveway. He spent the whole day with us and made our busy day much easier. His car was clean and new and big enough for the four of us. I would definitely use him again.

Mo was amazing! Not only was he professional, he was kind, polite and punctual. He was the perfect driver for my wife and I on our wedding day. Vehicle was roomy, clean, and well air conditioned during an August Heatwave. Prices were very accommodating and I will definitely be doing business with him again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Rates are high and low depending on timing and the location, I charge hourly if trips are within New York City, rates vary if leaving out of town or to another state. I charge hourly to flat rate pricings.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Firstly will ask clients for their services needed such as time and date they need to be chauffeured. secondly ask for their locations that they'll be traveling to and from and lastly help them feel comfortable with my services.

Hands on training Chauffeur service and NYC Chauffeured licensed.
