Carls Limo was just fantastic! Not one negative thing from the first chat and questions with him up to the delivery of the evening. The customer service on the phone was top tier, as well as the actual delivery, ride, and the amenities in the sprinter limo were outstanding! Our driver Juan was just AWESOME ,,, so flexible, professional, and nice as heck!!

Platinum Carls Service so easy to use for my birthday party! They were quick to respond with options and quotes. The agreement was super easy and they were very responsive when I reached out with questions. The driver, Juan, was the best! He was communicative, very professional, and ensured we had a safe and fun time. I was having issues with zelle and he was very patient and accommodating. He helped me resolve. I scheduled car services short notice to travel into the city around rush hour for a show. Despite traffic , the ride was smooth, air conditioned well and had refreshments. Our door to door service was amazing and was a highlight of our night. Our driver was polite , professional and safe driving. I will be booking again !
