very professional limousine service. They were on time and got me where I needed to be on my wedding day. The limo was very clean with great speakers. They also had the best rates and very friendly chauffeur.

Platinum Carls Service so easy to use for my birthday party! They were quick to respond with options and quotes. The agreement was super easy and they were very responsive when I reached out with questions. The driver, Juan, was the best! He was communicative, very professional, and ensured we had a safe and fun time. I was having issues with zelle and he was very patient and accommodating. He helped me resolve. I would work with them again for another event in the future.

Carls Limo was just fantastic! Not one negative thing from the first chat and questions with him up to the delivery of the evening. The customer service on the phone was top tier, as well as the actual delivery, ride, and the amenities in the sprinter limo were outstanding! Our driver Juan was just AWESOME ,,, so flexible, professional, and nice as heck!!
