This was my first time using Thumbtack for a hired car service and it was a great experience from start to finish. The trip was for 5 people going from New Rochelle to Asbury Park, NJ for a show, and returning home to New Rochelle afterwards. Our driver, Roosevelt, was fantastic! He was communicative at every step of the booking process and he arrived a few minutes early on the day of the event. He was jovial and polite, and professional and accommodating. His driving was superb! Even in the midst of rush hour NYC and GW Bridge traffic (and relentless downpours), there was not a single moment of worry. The ride was extremely smooth and comfortable and the car was spacious and in pristine condition. I’d book with him again in a heartbeat.
