I’ve had a phenomenal experience. The company has everything under control - immediate response, quick scheduling immaculate operations. The quality of work was extremely high - did everything with care and exactly as I wanted. The scope of work included complex assembly of loft bed, installation of glass shelves, installation of shades and more. I highly recommend.

Great company! We had our A/C replaced and after I contacted Service NYC in the early afternoon someone came that evening to install our new unit just in time to beat the heat! The repairman was really friendly in addition to being creative in getting the new A/C in despite the prior unit being installed awkwardly. Thanks so much.

Bryen responded in minutes once I posted this notice and arranged for Mateo to come to our apartment the next day at 11 AM Mateo was courteous and kind and had expertise about this job. It was a 2 1/2 hour process of assembling a vanity/desk from Amazon to including a lighted mirror. Mateo was delightful and we would be happy to use his services again
