I used to be one of those guys with the shaved head and the goatee. I would go into the barber and have them shave it and trim my little beard. On day I went into Prestige Barbers and the barber asked why I was still looking like a Howie Mandel impersonator? I could have gotten mad but he was right. The look was really getting old. He convinced me to grow it back even though I was receding. Over the next several weeks he mad me look really good and confident with my natural look. I decided to always go back to Prestige Barber Shop. I think they are the best barbershop in NYC.

It was late December and really cold when I walked into Prestige Barber Shop for a shave and a haircut. I can't forget how good that hot towel felt. I was made to feel nice and comfortable in the chair with the smock over me or whatever its called. I got a great haircut and shave and had some good conversation as well. It is all part of the barbershop experience which has all but disappeared in this country. I am thankful for people, like the owner Sasha, who are keeping up the tradition. I like to go to the barber not the stylist.

There used to be a sign is every barber shop that read it pays to look well. That statement is certainly as true today as it was then. When look well you feel well. When you feel well you perform well. Prestige Barber Shop is the best of the New York City barbershops. When you go there to get a New York hair cut and a royal shave you leave the place with renewed confidence that shows wherever you go. Prestige Barber Shop is the only NYC Barber that I visit

It was time for a haircut and I was staying in the Marriott in Midtown. I asked around and was directed by another guest down to East 53rd St. to Prestige Barber Shop. I was told that it was the best Barber Shop in Midtown Manhattan. I have to say I believe he was right! I got a great shave and a haircut and left the place feeling and looking great. I will always return there when I am in New York.

When ever I need to get a haircut is whenever I am in midtown east and I am near Prestige Barber Shop, the best NYC haircut place. I love going there and the clean feeling I get afterward. They also have the best prices anywhere. I will not go anywhere else for a NYC haircut besides Prestige Barber Shop. You cant improve on that place. They are the best barbershop in NYC.
