Highly recommend! Im 47 and always hesitant about hair and makeup because not many women do it right for us! But for our New York City New Years Eve, we had a wonderful experience with Vianca and her team on our gal pal hair and makeup day! From start to finish, she was an absolute professional and such a kind, understanding presence on what was a very hectic day for me!First of all the makeup and hair were absolutely beautiful! I had barely slept over the previous two days and was feeling completely run down, yet she somehow made me look refreshed, radiant, and genuinely confident. The makeup photographed beautifully and lasted the entire event, and my hair was exactly what I had hoped for.Beyond her talent, what truly stood out was her flexibility and professionalism. I ran into unexpected issues with my card and she was incredibly understanding about it. I was also running late due to circumstances outside of my control, and even though she had another client scheduled after me, she went out of her way to have someone step in for her so that she could still take care of me. That level of consideration and problem-solving meant more to me than I can say.She handled everything with grace, kindness, and calm, even when the situation could have been stressful. I felt supported instead of rushed or judged which is exactly what you want from someone on an important day.If youre looking for someone who is not only extremely talented, but also compassionate, flexible, and truly professional, I would recommend Vianca without hesitation!
