If we work one-on-one, I will do my best to assist you in developing your toolbox for dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship and intimacy issues, spiritual roadblocks, communication issues, and anything else that is preventing you from living a life of joy, peace, and purpose.

Zeus is psycology specialist who has devoted his life to supporting others who are dealing with mental health problems. "After a few years of working in the sector, I've discovered that there is no end to the suffering we refer to as pain, and that you must go through the layers of agony and suffering in order to develop the skills necessary to build a new life for yourself. We can achieve the calm we seek by learning to balance our concerns, resentments, and the remembrance of our loved ones.
Zeus will accompany you on your grieving journey and offer self-care tools like Breathwork, meditation, gratitude journals, and other self-care activities that can help you get your life back in balance. It is not so much that time heals our wounds as it is what happens over time that helps to heal us.
PS: We do not accept insurance, but we are willing to work with people based on a sliding scale fee. We also have more cost-effective coaching packages.
