Introduction: I am a mental health counselor in the offices of Dr. Michael DeMarco in NYC. In therapy, people learn to explore the feelings, beliefs, and it will help them achieve their goals and happiness. Therapy can help. I particularly enjoy helping with couples who are experiencing communication and intimacy problems in their relationship. Additionally, I like helping women who are going through major life transitions (starting a family, finishing college, job loss, divorce, children leaving home) and want to "re-invent" their lives or at least expand their ideas of who they are or who they want to become. Therapy is instrumental in helping navigate through some pretty challenging times, and I think it can help you too!
