What a thoroughly enjoyable experience! First of all, I wish everyone ran a business with the same efficiency, flexibility, organization and heartfelt consideration for one's clients, as Grace, aka Gracious Groomimg.
Communication was prompt and ongoing. She also texted us when she was 15 minutes out from our location.
She arrived with an entirely portable grooming salon, set up in less than 10 minutes.
We have a shy cat, who connected with her immediately. And then she proceeded to work her magic. What usually required 4-5 hours, not including dropping off and picking up at a groomer, was completed in 2 hours. Watching Grace work is quite amazing.
She is our "Go To" person for Sammy, and we feel fortunate to have found her. Many, many thanks, Grace.

Amazing Grace! YES, she's that good. Grace was able to handle our large Maine Coon cat (who normally turns into Cujo when it's grooming time) with an ease, caring, and...grace that was much-appreciated and quite frankly an awesome thing to witness. Yep, I peaked in a couple of times. Grace is a warm, friendly, intuitive, consummate professional. I HIGHLY recommend and will be using her services from now on.

Grace was wonderful with my two cats! My Himalayan has a beautiful new haircut and my Shorthair had all nails filed down. Grace loves animals and her professionalism and calm demeanor shine through. Highly recommend.

After struggling to find a groomer for Buddy, I stumbled upon Gracie on Thumbtack and am so grateful I did! She is very knowledgeable, professional and did an excellent job grooming my Buddy! She made me feel at ease right away when she understood my concerns about Buddy being blind and how other groomers didn't have the patience nor the time to groom him. I would highly recommend Gracie for anyone wanting to groom their dog with no worries and or concerns. I also love the fact that she sent "play by play" cell picks on how Buddy was doing just to keep me aprised. Thanks Gracie! Will definitely be using her again!!

I can't say enough great things about gracious grooming; I have an 11 year old Yorkie which he is loaded with dog warts, and is very sensitive near certain areas, Grace understood and was very gentle. She made my little old pup very relaxed. I also had his nails clipped, which he always gives any groomer a problem, but amazingly he was fine. There was no yelps for help.Grace is amazing and she really cared about how my dog felt. You can defiantly see how Grace is knowledgable and experienced I would highly recommend her service to everyone I know. Btw no mess when they left our place. I want to say thank you so much gracious grooming, i will be booking again!
