Julia was lovely and treated my anxious little 15 year shiht zu with warmth and tenderness. The cut was quite nice and I asked Julia to work as quickly as possible since my older dog could not tolerate a long session. She accommodated this request and my dog had very little anxiety. I will ask for Julia again.
