I was contacted immediately, which was good; however, the communication system between the driver and me was confusing. The person delivered the item but left it outside. We did tip him even though he left the recliner outside in the hallway.

I cannot say enough good things about this transport company and, in particular, the driver and his assistant. From start to finish, both gentlemen were exceptionally professional, courteous, and well spoken. Communication was excellent throughout the entire process they clearly communicated arrival times, stayed in contact during pickup and drop-off, and made sure I was informed every step of the way.They handled all packages with great care during pickup, loading, unloading, and delivery. They were prompt, efficient, and respectful, and truly went above and beyond what was required. Not only did they deliver the items to the residence, but they also carried everything upstairs to the second floor without hesitation.What really stood out was their attention to detail and accountability. They took photos of all items, documented each drop-off, obtained all required signatures, and then went the extra mile by personally sending me individual photos not just uploading them to the system. That level of follow-through and transparency was impressive and greatly appreciated.Both men deserve to be commended for their professionalism, courtesy, and communication. This was a court-sensitive delivery, and they handled it flawlessly. I would absolutely recommend this company and would not hesitate to use them again.

We really appreciated their help with moving our trade show booth to/from Pier 36. The job ended up being bigger than we anticipated. They quickly flexed to make it work and got it done. The team was lovely and super professional.

I was really left a lurch but the Xentra guys saved me. I got notification the day before a dresser delivery. I needed to move a bunch of furniture around. The guy who was going to help me backed out at the last minute. So I called Xentra and they said they could come right away. Two guys showed up, very friendly and helpful, and got the work done quickly and perfectly. I can’t thank you guys enough!
