I was really left a lurch but the Xentra guys saved me. I got notification the day before a dresser delivery. I needed to move a bunch of furniture around. The guy who was going to help me backed out at the last minute. So I called Xentra and they said they could come right away. Two guys showed up, very friendly and helpful, and got the work done quickly and perfectly. I can’t thank you guys enough!

I was contacted immediately, which was good; however, the communication system between the driver and me was confusing.
The person delivered the item but left it outside. We did tip him even though he left the recliner outside in the hallway.
