Here's my experience regarding the service I received. While the team was able to fulfill the service at the agreed-upon time, I found the communication to be lacking. After submitting my payment, I did not receive any updates and had to reach out multiple times to obtain the necessary email for sending paperwork. Additionally, I had to follow up again to confirm whether the individual had been served, which I believe should have been communicated proactively. Furthermore, I received several follow-up calls after the service was completed, which felt excessive and unnecessary. I had to clarify that the matter was already concluded, and there was no reason for continued contact. Overall, while the service was ultimately completed, the communication issues and follow-up calls detracted from my experience. I hope this feedback can help improve future interactions.
