Opal Group was helpful, responsive, and was in communication with me throughout the process of obtaining a legal document from city hall across the country and mailing it to me. I would recommend them to others.

Overall they did a good job because they delivered on the summonses and for a reasonable price. Having said that I got an email mid day saying that the summonses they promised to serve for me were not going to be able to be served because they had no servers in the area. So that tells me they book first and scramble to find servers after - this service was on a tight deadline - had they not delivered I would have been screwed and this would have been a 1 star review but good on them for finding someone Secondly the intake agents made me think twice about using the service - they kept mentioning that they recommend (3) tries for residential despite being given clearly commercial defendants to serve. Another agent confused the service address with my home address not taking the time to read the intro letter I drafted as an overview for service. At the end of the day they overcame these issues but they need to work on this to shore up their service for the future - I would use them again but with added buffer time

It took a week and a bit of a back and forth to serve my papers. The company is professional to speak with, but their initial server went MIA. Additionally, they said they made several attempts to serve the papers, but there was no evidence of that. I’m relieved it got done. I just didn’t expect it to be this hard!
