I'm a mother of two boys, and started this journey because I needed a total change... Mind, body, and soul. Matt has taken me from couch potato mom to a strong, restored, energetic woman. Matt is very scholarly in body mechanics, health, and spiritual growth. Matt has this energy and excitement for his clients as they progress, and you can see he wants the client to meet their goals. His personality is entertaining, reassuring, and inspiring. When you think you don't have any more to give, he gives you the motivation you need to complete your set, the rep, or your workout. He is able to modify your workout to your physical needs. My husband and son both started working out with Matt. I can not say enough about this trainer. He is an A+++. He is an asset for anyone looking to achieve a change, and succeed at changing.

Amazing. Matt re-invented how I look at training and the gym. Not only did he absolutely enhance my posture and strength - HE CARED - and he gave me a new set of skills to keep with me for the rest of my life in the gym. Absolutely Amazing. I would not think twice about hiring Matt if you want to get amazing results and beyond that, really facilitate a physical transformation that will stay with you for the rest of your life

Matt has been one of my closest friends and mentors when it comes to personal training. I've used his workouts since the day we started training together. His training programs and the results I've had are undeniably better than any program I've put myself through. This guy knows his shit! He will tailor his program to your specific goals and make it his personal business to make sure you achieve them. And NO, he's not some dumb meathead "I pick things up and put them down" kinda guy. He's personable and very intelligent. If you want to make significant gains, you must work out with this guy!

Fantastic trainer who gave me some of the most effective workouts of my life! Matt is incredibly knowledgeable in workout regimens, diet and lifestyle choices, and body mechanics. Would highly recommend!
