- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The fee is paid at the end of the case, out of the settlement. Normally, the fee is one third of the recovery. I can also reduce the fee, depending on the circumstances.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I speak to them over the phone for a few minutes and decide if I can help them. It is a very easy process. The clients do not have to come to my office, unless they want to. They do not pay any money. I get paid at the end, once the case settles.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from Columbia Law School in 1982. I have been doing personal injury law, representing injured people, since 1985.
