FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Personal injury attorney's fees are contingency-based. What that means is we charge a percentage of the money we recover for you. You do not pay anything until we win you a monetary award. For other matters, such as business litigation, contract drafting and review, mechanics liens, and civil defense, we typically charge an hourly rate of $225. However, we understand that one size does not fit all when it comes to attorney's fees, so we offer flat fee and hybrid contingency fee arrangements, depending on the project.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Most matters begin with a free consultation. I believe this gives the client the opportunity to assess if my firm will be a good fit for their specific legal needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a graduate of St. John's University School of Law and member of the New York State bar. I have made countless court and deposition appearances, tried over ten cases to verdict and represented hundreds of clients in civil litigation and personal injury cases, both as plaintiff and defense counsel.
