My work is grounded in the Polestar Pilates principles enriched by Franklin method imagery and shaped by my backround as a classically trained ballet dancer. I specialize in hypermobility, postural re-education and nervous-system centering – guiding people toward control and mobility that is stable , expressive and sustainable. ACTING a decade of New York training in advanced acting, voice and movement methodologies, my background spans classical and contemporary techniques that emphasize clarity, presence and embodied communication. I work with you to develop a grounded, expressive instrument - your voice, body, breath and imagination work in concert rather than competing under pressure. My work is highly personalized - I adapt my process for what’s most effective to the way you think, live and move through your space. I ease decision fatigue, dissolve stagnancy and transform overwhelm into momentum. We begin with a thoughtful edit, as externals are often reflective of one’s internal landscape. Through this decluttering process, I’m observing what supports you and what does not: your rhythms, habits and the way your mind naturally organizes information. By the time we transition into the organization phase, I’ve mapped out systems that feel intuitive, visually harmonious and designed to last.
