I've been a pretty active and healthy person for years, always concerned about fitness but frustrated with lack of results. I signed up with Maik to take my body to the next level. I booked Maik for a 1h session to check my current status and ask for advice on (muscular) disbalances and nutrition. All questions could be answered, I enjoyed the session a lot; Maik is an expert in his field. That made it a 4 star rating. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We charge per session, this includes the gym fee, workouts for the days you can not be here, diet plan and access to our software.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?At first , we do a physical screen to make sure your body is functioning at optimal levels. If it is not, we ll tend to those issues first since they will cause problems down the road. Then we ll develop a program that works for you. Simultaneously, we work on the mental side. What is your motivation? Why are you here? What is that YOU want? How can I help you achieve it?
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I write for fitness magazines such as FitnessRX and Muscle & Fitness, and teach undergraduate classes at New York University, it is crucial that I stay up to date on the latest developments in the fitness industry.
