Junil is absolutely amazing. She’s so acknowledgeable and never makes me feel guilty for times I mess up. She’s shown me what living a balanced life is where I can eat what I want in moderation and still lose weight. I no longer suffer from back pain nor knee pain. It’s been such a great journey. Highly recommend her!

Love, love, LOVED my time working with Junil. She was my second personal trainer and really the right person to kick my training into gear. I learned so much about the “why” in each exercise, which helped me understand exactly how my body was changing. I went from feeling fit to feeling incredibly strong and healthy under her guidance. Truly an amazing match for me and couldn’t recommend her enough.

I loved working with Junil! She’s always upbeat and enthusiastic, and she challenged me to do my best, but never pushed me beyond my limit. She has a terrific understanding of fitness and nutrition and she always explains why we are doing a certain exercise and what the goal is. Working with Junil, I became stronger and gained a better range of motion. More than that, she makes working out fun and I always left a session with her feeling motivated and happy!
