- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I expect my client to feel heard and understood. I want to know about your goals, I will take a movement assessment to customize your program based on your individuals ability, I'd like to know about your support system and lifestyle (environment will dictate your success in fitness). If there are any past or current injuries, and health concerns. Also, your relationship with the scale and your relationship with food.
