I’m an undefeated professional kickboxer with 14 years of training and teaching experience under my belt. I believe every person is unique, and deserves a training experience tailored to their specific needs, goals, and interests. My goal as a trainer is to help you become the greatest version of yourself through a balance of discipline, hard work, creativity, and fun.
My sessions are pressure free, 1 hour workouts. They're mix of boxing/kickboxing along with strengthening + cardio exercises. If interested, contact me & we'll get started.

Malik’s modern take on combat training is undoubtedly a much needed breath of fresh air to the martial arts world. With him being a big proponent of fundamentals, technique and light practical training, anyone who works with him will undoubtedly learn the not so subtle art of ass-kicking. You’ll be snatching nats out of the air barehanded in no time training with Malik.

Malik is really one of a kind. I’ve done boxing sessions with Malik and let me tell you, it’s not the average boxing classes you might already know. You will experience three dimensional boxing practice with Malik because he is not having you just go through combinations like a zombie. He presents and explains scenarios as to how opponents might respond to your movements or how you can defend or counter attack. You will learn boxing in a way that is beyond just ‘one two three four.’ Besides being an amazing trainer, Malik is very kind, understanding, and easy to talk to. I look forward to many more sessions to come! 😁
