Personal Training

O’Shea is a very fun and friendly trainer. I enjoy his training. It doesn't look too hard but don't get fooled, you will get sore the next day. He always makes sure you give your 100% percent. He always pushes you to your limits. The best thing about his training program is he checks your flexibility level and fitness level before you start doing the workout. The stretching after the workout is so amazing it makes your whole body relaxed. After doing his workout, my shoulder pain has completely gone away like its complete magic. Thank you O’Shea for everything. You are a great trainer and a great person.

Being 7 months postpartum I wanted to make sure I worked with a trainer that was knowledgeable about the postpartum body. More importantly, I was looking for a trainer who understood the accommodations I’d need as a new mom. Training with O’Shea has been a dream. I started experiencing a transformation in just three weeks. Even better, I was able to workout with my daughter. He tailored workouts to include her. She loves it! O’Shea started with a thorough assessment to meet me at my current level. Each workout was challenging and just what I needed to push myself. O’Shea brings a calm yet direct and commanding energy to each workout sessions. He’s punctual, professional and maintains great communication. Very skilled at his craft, I was most impressed by his ability to accommodate me mid-workout with modifications. His feedback and adjustments are spot on and key to injury prevention. Overall O’Shea is an amazing trainer!

I started training online with O'Shea three times a week. I'm amazed at the results I've been seeing due to his focused workouts. He's very good at what he does, he's extremely patient and always finds ways to motivate you even when you're not in the mood to work out. The only regret I have, is not starting with him sooner. 10/10 recommend!

    You will receive a complimentary personal training session with the purchase of a 20 session training program. Refer a Friend! Get a complimentary personal training session once they begin their training program.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    We will discuss your personal goals, walk-through a brief assessment of movement and current fitness and lastly agree on a convenient schedule for future training sessions.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    Certified Personal Trainer through the National Council on Strength & Fitness (NCSF). Certified Heartsaver CPR AED by the American Heart Association (AHA). Specialized certifications in Kettlebell, Viper and bodyweight training.
