James will guide you through each workout while teaching you proper exercise techniques and pushing you to perform at your highest potential.
* Training or Group Training
Stay motivated by training with a friend or two. Get out of your comfort zone.
My plan includes a weight training plan, a cardio plan, nutrition counseling and weekly monitoring. Personal training sessions can be held in the privacy of your own home, your building and Apos;s Fitness Center, or at your own residential gym throughout N.Y.C.
