I have been teaching Yoga classes since 2008 and my studies continue everyday with Sri Dharma Mittra, Nevine Michaan, Elena Brower and many inspirational teachers.
I enjoy assisting my clients in cultivating body-mind-consciousness coherency, which leads to higher levels of vitality, supporting healthier & more harmonized life.
