I’m grateful for the time and expertise Repairbutlers put into diagnosing my phone. Unfortunately my data couldn’t be recovered due to a burnt CPU, but their technician was professional, courteous, and clearly gave his best effort. In the end, I didn't take advantage of Repairbutlers, because I found I could just purchase the same model older iPad online for the same price of the repairs by Repairbutlers. I do appreciate that he did offer a $30 discount when I told him that, but I decided, in the end, that I'd just use the iPad - with the mildly broken screen - as my kitchen radio iPad, so I didn't need the repairs, or a 'new-old' iPad anyway. Very responsive though, which I appreciated.
