Jan took my head shot in NYC and the photo shoot took about 30 minutes start-to-finish. I felt a little self-conscious posing for the pictures because this was the first time I'd gotten a professional head shot, but Jan was understanding and had some funny tips that made me feel relaxed. We set up the appointment easily, and Jan was on time. Jan is responsive via email, and he has emailed me the head shot in various file sizes and croppings since the photo shoot. I am 100% satisfied with the head shot, and I've been surprised by how often it has come in handy. I thought that I'd use the head shot for my website and business materials only; however, organizations, conferences, and companies often request a photo when I give lectures or presentations.
