About

I am a female piano teacher working out of Monsey and Manhattan. I have also been enjoying the challenge of teaching remotely over the last few weeks, and have been pleasantly surprised with how seamless the lessons are. I am classically trained, and have been teaching for six years. I teach reading, theory, technique, ear training, and chord theory. My goal is to help guide my students to become independent musicians. We will work on lots of music and have fun along the way, but you will come out with strong reading skills and the technique that will allow you to enjoy all of your favorite pieces.

Although we have been only working with Rachel for a short period of time, we can already see the difference in our daughter's attitude regarding her piano lessons. Not only is she learning, she's enthusiastic and is having fun again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing depends on the lesson length. My rates are $45 for a 30 min lesson, $60 for a 45 minute lesson, and $75 for a 60 minute lesson. Most of my students go for the 45 minute option, but it's all about what works for you.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I am excited to offer a free trial lessons so that my students can get a feel for my style before committing.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been studying piano for 12 years, completed a certification in Early Childhood Music Education from the Diller-Quaile School of Music, and have BA from Yeshiva University, where I am majored in Music and minored in Psychology.
