Although we have been only working with Rachel for a short period of time, we can already see the difference in our daughter's attitude regarding her piano lessons. Not only is she learning, she's enthusiastic and is having fun again.Dec 4, 2019Verified

Hi Simona, Once again, I am sorry that you were unhappy. You asked if we can speak on the phone, and then were disappointed when I did not show up at your house, even though you had only asked to speak on the phone. I am terribly sorry if there was a miscommunication, and feel free to reach out if there is any way I can help. All the best, Rachel
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)? My pricing depends on the lesson length. My rates are $45 for a 30 min lesson, $55 for a 45 minute lesson, and $75 for a 60 minute lesson. Most of my students go for the 45 minute option, but it's all about what works for you.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?I am excited to offer a free trial lessons so that my students can get a feel for my style before committing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been training in piano for 11 years, completed a certification in Early Childhood Music Education from the Diller-Quaile School of Music, and have BA from Yeshiva University, where I am majored in Music and minored in Psychology.
