Introduction: Pilates is such a wonderful addition to an exercise routine! Having a background in personal training + Pilates, I like to bring a cohesive mix of both practices into my programs. We will focus on a full-body approach that incorporates the classical Pilates system with modern strength adaptations. The best of both worlds!

•Background
I am a certified 450-hour Comprehensive Pilates Instructor through Equinox, as well as a certified Personal Trainer through the American Council on Exercise. I've worked as both a personal trainer + Pilates instructor at various Equinox locations. Currently, I teach both classes + private sessions at a Pilates studio in NYC. I am also on the faculty there as a Teacher Trainer.
