I can highly recommend ZE MOVES. I have taken multiple private sessions with Mariusz over the years. Every time I come to NY I make sure to book as many appointments as I can. He is a dedicated and very attentive teacher with a eye for details and perfect alignment. He is always happy to demonstrate the moves and makes me feel confident that I can achieve a little bit more every time. He made me believe that I could literally fly and I did! I felt so free and so proud. My Pilates instructor in Geneva is impressed with what we achieved every time I go home. On top of that Mariusz is so kind and funny that you enjoy the sessions even when he makes you sweat and work hard.

Mariusz and Emma are two of the most experienced instructors you could ever ask for. Both of them completely changed my body in ways I never expected. My posture is 100% better all due to them. They are incredible teachers who will always make you feel welcome and challenged whether it's your first class or your 100th. I cannot recommend them enough!

I can't believe how good pilates makes me feel! If you are looking for an instructor in the city, I highly recommend Emma and Mariusz at ZE Moves. They are a very dependable group that knows their stuff. Even as a beginner I always feel comfortable and safe in the ZE Moves classes. Since starting, I feel stronger than ever before and have even seen improvements in my digestion. I use pilates as a tool to compliment my weight lifting and it is definitely paying off, so totally give it a try.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The initial session is $100 and single sessions thereafter are $150. We have package deals for five-session packages and ten-session packages.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am certified to teach mat Pilates and the entire Pilates apparatus reformer, Cadillac, chair, and barrels through Balanced Body. I have studied kinesiology and movement analysis with renowned anatomist Irene Dowd.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I began doing Pilates as a young dancer to prevent injuries and to manage my hypermobility. Pilates has been extremely valuable as a professional dancer and a human that walks this Earth every day. Pilates is my body's medicine and I am honored to be able to share my passion daily.
