- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is straightforward and transparent—what you see is what you get! There are no hidden fees, and I always do my best to provide great value for your money. If you need special editing, like retouches in Photoshop, we can discuss the pricing depending on how many photos you need. Occasionally, I offer special discounts for repeat clients or when booking multiple services. If you have a specific budget, please let me know—I’m happy to work with you whenever possible!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to keep things simple and stress-free! First, we’ll chat a bit so I can understand exactly what you need and answer any questions you might have. Then, we’ll schedule a time that works best for you. I always show up 15-25 minutes before so we can chat about the photoshoot in case you have any questions; this time is not charged. Ready to get to work and make sure you’re 100% happy with the results. Communication is key, so I’ll keep you in the loop every step of the way!
