- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is very flat rate. I don't like there to be any hidden fees or extra charges. After I learn more about the shoot I will quote you for the entire service and we can move forward to booking.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1) Typically my process is very simple. After I receive your quote I like to fully make sure I understand what you are looking for. Sometimes I will even suggest that we hop on the phone so we both can feel assured that we know all the details leading up to scheduling a the shoot date. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 2) After booking, and setting up the shoot date. I will send over an email/text/call (what ever you prefer) confirming our location, time, and outfit options. My goal is for you to know that I am only a msg way from any shoot worries. I want you to feel comfortable and know that this is going to be a fun experience. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------- 3) After the shoot, I will take all the shots and set up a private viewing gallery online. This will be a great time for you to see everything and choose the shots you would like for me to fully edit. After you have chosen your selection I will then go through my process of professionally editing, retouching, and color correcting. I will then send you a final link to your still private view gallery with the option to download in full HD resolution.
