Nadia is amazing! She's been training me for a few months now and I've already seen incredible results in my strength overall as well as tone, definition in my muscles. Every session we do is different as she mixes Pilates, Yoga, and other techniques to make sure that the workout is fresh and also fun!

Nadia is a wonderful instructor. She was extremely patient and understanding. She breaks down any techniques that I had trouble learning. When I first started, I did not know how to swim at all and I was scared of the water. Nadia was able to get me to float during the first session and within a few more sessions I was able to swim on a beginner level. Nadia is simply incredible!

I had anterior and posterior cervical surgery two years ago and unfortunately I continued to have spasticity and balance issues.I was going to Physical Therapy regularly and not making a lot of progress. Nadia was recommended to me and she started to work with me twice a week doing yoga and exercising in the pool.I am gaining strength in my legs and my balance has improved.Nadia is so positive and encouraging and I am so happy that she is working with me.
