- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price based on the services our clients are looking for and the number of units in a building or complex.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We constantly bring in outside vendors and professionals to meet with our employees and Managing Agents to keep them up on the latest happenings in our industry. I also read a number of periodicals including the Cooperator, Habitat Magazine and the Real Deal. In addition we are members of the New York Association of Real Estate Managers.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I decided to get into Property Management because it is an underserved area where we are usually able to bring a huge improvement to our clients both financially as well as operationally.
