- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer straightforward pricing to meet the needs of our customers for group session tutoring sessions are 15$/session in a class of 5 students. For individual sessions, prices range from $45-$65/session.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Students and parents can expect an in-depth process in matching up a student with a tutor. We want to get to know your student and parents as people first, what their goals are, who they are, what interests them, and what motivates them. We also want to know where gaps are to develop the best program and right tutor match to solve their skill gap needs and who will match them on a personality level. After that, parents can expect weekly communication with the tutor where data is shared, best strategies are discussed, and progress is tracked. This process is the same regardless of whether we work with a school or individual student.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our tutors have over 5 years of teaching experience in the subject area they tutor in or have a master's degree in the subject level they teach in. In addition, all tutors are matched to students by our Chief Academic Officer, who provides feedback on sessions, coaching, and continuous training to ensure that each session has high-quality instruction and execution.
