- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I have a flat fee of $125 for the Resume which includes Revisions, 5-10 day Turnaround time and a Professional Layout in PDF and Word. All pricing and transactions are handled professionally through our website OSProfessionalPortfolios.com. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. We receive our client's purchase notification through OSProfessionalPortfolios.com. 2. We send our client a form to fill out, asking any additional information that is not on their current document. 3. We send our client's expected delivery date (within 7 days). 4. We send our client their first draft. 5. The client sets up a call to discuss edits or emails our team email address with edits listed within one email. 6. We update the documents to the desired look. 7. Client nails a new position. 8. If clients do not receive any traction, we go in for FREE and review the documents once again to see if we are missing anything. *Clients must have sent 10 or more applications before we review documents again*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
12+ years, Clients obtaining roles within 3-4 weeks. Need we say more?!?!
